The owner of this East Sussex property wanted to improve natural light, flow and access to the garden.

Create a space to read a book, have drinks with friends and enjoy the garden views.
 

The windows and doors were replaced with anthracite grey and a weather canopy added to the front door.

The kitchen/dining room was combined to stop the feeling of isolation when entertaining with
bi-fold doors adding another "room" in the garden.

The bathroom and en-suite were modernised and the property was fully decorated throughout.
