Extension and refurbishment
The clients wanted to increase their living space by adding a rear extension to create a 60 sq metre open planned kitchen, dining and TV area.
This created a better relationship with their garden with easy access and improved views.
The rest of the house was totally refurbished by renovating bathrooms and bedrooms.
